Restaurant Laudat

Mallorca, how many surprises do you have that I don't know about❓ I drove to Cala Santanyí and was dominated by the glass jelly sea for the whole afternoon. I didn't expect that the town of Santanyí was also full of surprises. The town is about ten minutes' drive from the beach, and there are many free 🆓 parking spaces at the door. It was a bit late when I went there, and the church didn't seem to be open, so I found this Michelin restaurant 🍴 called Laudat while walking around in the town The seats reserved for the day were already booked, but fortunately there were two walk-in tables, so we sat down without hesitation. The scene in the first picture 🎬 seemed to have been dreamed of in a dream, and it was a bit unreal. The waiters in the restaurant basically speak English, so communication is not a big problem. I heard that the menu will change according to the season and ingredients, but it doesn't matter, anyway, I can't understand any of the names of the dishes, and the English only explains the ingredients 😅 The products are still very innovative, and the old Cantonese said they are used to it, but the speed of serving is really Michelin. Watching the waiter walking around the ice buckets with wine, we also wanted to experience the feeling of toasting. Unfortunately, the driver + the configuration of the hyperthyroid patient really didn't allow it🚫 Sure enough, when checking out, it was confirmed that this was the most expensive meal I had in Spain🇪🇸🤣
