The food, service, and setting were perfect. The only area for improvement was the behavior of a staff member, who directed guests from the terrace to the outdoor restrooms, forcing us to cross the inner courtyard and denying us entry to the restaurant&#39;s bar. This is not only inconvenient, but the unpleasantness is compounded by this gentleman&#39;s unfriendly attitude. Are the guests on the terrace considered &quot;sub-standard&quot;? This is what the employee&#39;s haughty and ironic behavior suggests.

Wonderful restaurant in Sauterne we sat on the terrace and had the 16 euro 3 course lunch, couldn&rsquo;t have been better highly recommend. Enjoyed a bottle of Sauterne which was very reasonably priced as well

Superb. I loved that The chef took the time to greet and farewell us personally. The food was amazing and even my husband was more than happy with the portions. The service was at two star level: professional but very friendly and chatty.
