The menu is healthy spare ribs (they say that they have removed excess fat and used a patented cooking method). The portion is 198 per person and the amount is large enough that you may not be able to finish it. There are six flavors, and we ordered original ginger soy and specialty miso.
The menu also thoughtfully wrote the correct way to eat spare ribs: with your hands. This solved the dilemma that I wanted to use my hands but was forced to use a knife and fork because of my reservedness.
Original ginger soy is great. It tastes just like you can imagine, but it tastes a little better than that. Even another cautious contestant who usually has to add the words &quot;I think/personally think&quot; when praising food with a flat tone and no facial expression said &quot;It&#39;s quite delicious, eh?&quot; after the first bite.
The sauce is very fresh and sweet. After eating it, I couldn&#39;t get enough of it. I wanted to shamelessly use the remaining soup to mix with rice.
But my companion who wanted to save face stopped me.
The miso sauce is a bit like bean paste, very thick, a rare style worth trying.
I also ordered spinach salad, pumpkin and vegetable sautee. My friend just randomly ordered some dishes, but they were all delicious.
