There is also authentic Sichuan hotpot in the distant Shigatse, which you must try. After all, the conditions are probably average if you go further to Ali. It is also very refreshing to be able to eat hot food in a cold place.

🔶Shigatse One-day Citywalk Route:
Zha Temple Restaurant➡️Zhaxilunbu Temple➡️Outer Prayer Path➡️Back Mountain➡️See Sangzhuzi Zongbao➡️Xigezi Pedestrian Street

✅Zhaxilunbu Temple, the largest temple in Shigatse, is the spiritual highland of Shigatse. You can buy a ticket to visit, or follow the locals along the outer prayer path to the back mountain, where you can overlook the city of Shigatse. When we went there, it happened to be the Buddha Exhibition Festival, and the Tashilhunpo Temple was crowded with people, which was very spectacular.

✅Outer circumambulation path, I prefer this route to the tour, it&#39;s not long, about an hour or so, ‼ ️Turn clockwise ~ Go to the highest point of the back mountain to overlook the city of Shigatse

✅Sangzhuzi Dzong, the best angle for taking photos is also on the back mountain, you can take a panoramic view of the Dzong and the city from a distance

✅Pedestrian street, walk here to feel the commercial atmosphere of Shigatse! There are many Tibetan meals, we ate a hearty Tibetan restaurant 🍴, with many choices and good taste! The buns are not recommended, but the others are okay haha

✅Sweet Teahouse: Zha Temple Restaurant! Just outside the Tashilhunpo Monastery! A very large restaurant. The sweet teahouse in Lhasa has already given me a great shock, and this one in Shigatse is even bigger and has more people inside! You need to queue up to buy things (locals don&#39;t seem to queue up much), it&#39;s quite chaotic!
