🛡 It is Sig&uuml;enza, which has a strong medieval style and is known as the City of Knights (la ciudad del Doncel).

The town is located in Guadalajara Province in the Castilla-La Mancha region. Since the Middle Ages, it has been an important strategic territory, and it is also one of the towns with the most complete medieval architecture in Spain.

🏰 Don&#39;t miss the Cathedral of Sig&uuml;enza (Catedral de Sig&uuml;enza, Figures 4-6), which houses the &quot;Annunciation&quot; by the painter El Greco, and there are actually two Michelin restaurants &quot;hidden&quot; here, El Doncel Restaurant (Figure 8) and El Molino de Alcuneza Restaurant (Figure 9).
