This town is rated a must-see town by National Geographic! It is only an hour&#39;s drive from Madrid. 🛡 It is the Sig&uuml;enza, which has a strong medieval style, known as the City of Knights (la ciudad del Doncel). The town is located in the province of Guadalajara, Castile-La Mancha (Castilla-La Mancha)). Since the Middle Ages, it has been an important strategic territory and is one of the most preserved towns in Spain in the Middle Ages. 🏰 Siguensa Cathedral (Catedral de Sig &uuml;enza, Figure 4-6) Don&#39;t miss it, it contains the artist El Greco&#39;s Angel Happy, and there are actually two Michelin restaurants, El Doncel restaurant (Figure 8) and El Molino de Alcuneza restaurant (Figure 9).
