La Table du Liberty offers a true taste journey from Italy to fusion cuisine. The bruschetta was prepared according to the rules of the art, with remarkably fresh ingredients. The main course, a chicken stir-fry with chorizo, was perfectly executed - the meat tender and juicy, enhanced by the flavors of the chorizo. To finish in style, the homemade tiramisu was simply divine, with a perfect balance between the coffee and the lightness of the mascarpone cream. A special word for the team in the dining room: Kelly, Raphaël and Marvin provided impeccable service, both fast and warm. Their professionalism and smiles greatly contributed to making this moment memorable. An address to recommend without hesitation, both for the quality of the dishes and for the welcome!

I am delighted to share my experience at Liberty Country Club! I regularly have lunch there at La Table du Liberty, and I must say that I am always delighted by the chef's creations. Whether it is the salmon ceviche, the pumpkin risotto or the more daring dishes, each bite is a true delight. The presentation of the plates is equally impressive, transforming each dish into a work of culinary art. A big thank you to Magali, Kelly and Raphaël for their impeccable service and their warm smiles that make each visit even more enjoyable.
