The Hungarian flavor was very authentic, the lamb was tender and delicious, the pork chops were crispy, the waiter was very enthusiastic and cheerful, and even learned the Chinese version of &quot;Have a Good Appetite&quot; from us, and his pronunciation was surprisingly good.

On the first day in Tihany, I came to this restaurant located at the highest point of the town. The hotel building itself is very distinctive, with a cylindrical main body and a conical top. Going up the circular staircase to the second floor, the blue jade-like Lake Balaton came into view, which was beautiful. The Hungarian dishes were also authentic and tasty. When night fell, the lights on the opposite side of the lake were twinkling, and the whole place was quiet and refreshing.
