As always, an incredible experience. One is surrounded in an "egg" of protection. The service is spectacular, Etienne is the best Somm ever, with a personality to match. All the staff is calm, attentive, perfectly paced.....oh, I forgot the food! Well, from the first bite to the last, a beautiful experience.

It was an experience that will live for a long time in our memories.The combinations of ingredients, full of raffinesse, but so delicately combined that you can taste the ingredients one by another but still integrated in a whole new combined taste, simply marvellous.A very pleasant dinner, speaking to mind, heart and soul.Not the most economic way to dine but ,ou get what you pay for.A very attentive staff, great ambience, very friendly and a wine list the study if which will take you too much time so relate to the two sommeliers for making an easy and fulfilling decision.Actually in my view two Michelin stars worth - thank God it's one and as long as it is only one, use the time and save money.Definitely a recommendation!

Excellent preparation and presentation of food combined with a blend of well chosen Burgundy wines. The atmosphere in the modern restaurant is relaxed and elegant.

We had amazing food and very good service! Highly recommended for anybody interested in French cuisine.
