De Zwarte Madonna

For the 2nd time this week we had a nice meal and had another pleasant evening. We first sat outside but it started to rain and in no time a table was ready for us inside. When we had finished eating they lent us two umbrellas. We will go for coffee tomorrow morning and return the umbrellas.

We ate at Zwarte Madonna twice last weekend. We had a great laugh with Gerrit, the owner. We had a lovely meal and also visited the museum. All those statues were very impressive. They were also so kind to provide food for our men who had gone to F1 and were a bit late getting back. Great!

Owner and cook are great. Funny interior, looks like the contents of a café in Antwerp. Knows the owner too. Nice location, near the church. Everything renovated. For sale. Could easily become a law firm

We had a delicious tender chicken satay with super tasty fries and salad. The restaurant is also decorated so special with all the saints statues etc. Nice atmosphere or on the terrace also nice to stay. The service was perfect. Great place!

Excellent restaurant and fair prices. No nonsense atmosphere. We recommend this restaurant Try the Limburg dishes.
