Víctor and Noe are excellent hosts. The food is a culinary experience in every single aspect. Chef Victor explains the dishes to all guests. Noe counts with deep knowledge on wines for any taste or if you prefer to match your wine with the food. Considering that Trigo counts with a Michelin star, the prices are affordable. Highly recommended any person who enjoys great food and wine.

Definitely worth a visit. The Festival menu is more than adequate in quantity and very good in quality. For its uniqueness, I'd mention the cod with tripe texture and the beef sweetbreads with red shrimp. Friendly and impeccable service.

Attentive, fast, efficient, and generally very helpful service (even the chefs were on hand with table service, something you don't see every day. And without diminishing their work!). Exquisite attention to intolerances. Detailed explanation of the menu. Help with wine selection. Added to that, the restaurant is elegant and pleasant. And to round things off, the food, which is obviously the center of the experience: exquisite, well-prepared, and above all, seamless: everything was delicious, from the welcome snacks to the coffee, including every sauce. I don't know whether to highlight the fragrance of the asparagus, the perfect combination of sweetbreads and shrimp, the Iberian rice... We ordered the "Como en casa" menu and enjoyed it very much. If anyone thinks it's expensive, I'd say that this restaurant, in my opinion, justifies its prices. We'll be back.
