What travelers say:
I truly respect the amount of work the chef puts into their dining experience. The dishes are works of art. Unfortunately the food was not satisfying. In fact, something in the 16 course meal made me physically sick later that day.In addition, we paired the dining experience with the recommended wine, but the wine was far too young and did not compliment the meal. I would only recommend Cepa 21 if the chef goes back to basics and focuses more on taste. Until then, I would not recommend Cepa 21.

Cepa 21's Tradition Menu is a tribute to traditional cuisine with a refined and creative touch. Made up of seven courses, it begins with a creamy cured beef croquette and a delicate cod cream, followed by spectacular beluga lentils with duck and foie. The truffled fried egg takes us back to childhood with its runny yolk and sophisticated aroma. The lacquered Iberian cheek, tender and mellow, is accompanied by a surprising pumpkin and sweet potato puree with vanilla, which enhances its flavour with a subtle sweet touch. To finish, the 3 milks cake provides a balanced and delicious ending. All of this accompanied by exceptional service: the dining room team, attentive and friendly at all times, made us feel at home, explaining each dish in detail and ensuring that the experience was perfect. An impeccable gastronomic proposal with 10/10 service.
A real pleasure to enjoy the surroundings and excellent food. Attentive and professional staff and a menu that meets expectations.
The cuisine and the marinade were exceptional. Very creative. The place, in the middle of the vineyard, is wonderful. The table is very large. The 4 of us were able to enjoy the views of the landscape. The only thing that was a bit unpleasant was that a waitress or head waiter almost told us off because we didn't mention our allergies before coming... the color was a bit too green... And they didn't ask beforehand, as is sometimes done when you make a reservation.
The experience is worth it, we found the long tasting menu incredible and the service spectacular, totally recommended.
