A small restaurant with pleasant atmosphere and friendly service. The dishes and ingredients are of high quality, and the place offers an authentic, gastronomical dining experience (nothing like the common fast-food-style sushi places).Highly recommended.

No te explican como va el men&uacute; (buscate la vida). T&eacute; acabas &eacute;l arroz y cuando acabas t&eacute; traen el alga nori por si quieres hacerte un &quot;taco&quot;. Pides m&aacute;s arroz y t&eacute; cascan sin avisarte 5 euros m&aacute;s. Pescado sin destacar. Todo correcto pero no enamora.

They don&#39;t explain to you what the menu is like (you have to figure out how to do it). You finish the rice and when you finish the tea they bring the nori seaweed in case you want to make a &quot;taco&quot;. You ask for more rice and they throw in 5 euros more without telling you. Fish not outstanding. Everything is fine but not to your liking.

We arrived (party of 5) for the last resevation spot at 10:30pm... after a warm welcome, we noticed that everyone in Silabario team was like it was the first spot: fresh looking, smiling and happy for being serving us!!! Coming from Caribbean (Dominican Rep) we really appreciate this attitude, because announces that great things follows... and we was 100%  correct!! After being seated in a very comfortable table, with a great view of huge Christmas light decoration in streets of Vigo nearby... the Chef &amp; Owner Alberto Gonzalez Prelcic gave us the welcome and all explanations about the menu options and of course , the formal protocol about allergies, we start making jokes with him, in a very candid conversation!About the wine, main food and desserts, all was simply fantastic, (another partner of the table will write about the food!) and with continuous bread to cleanse the palate after each of the dishes, we have a night of great flavors, textures and presentations with amazing team!!

First visit to Vigo where we came across El Temporal, a small restaurant near the coastal area. Sitting outside in pleasantly warm surroundings we thoroughly enjoyed a meal of tapas including pork, scallops and tuna. Absolutely excellent.

This was our second dinner at El Mosquito and there will definitely be a third next time we visit Vigo. Great food and wine pairing.
