The style is similar to Japanese Kaiseki cuisine. You watch the chef cook for you and his cooking skills are pretty good. The food is a little sweet, but quite creative. It is one of the better restaurants in Washington.
Throughout the service they paid attention to detail and made sure we had a great time. We enjoyed wine with dinner (highly recommended) and it was amazing!
