Grand cafe Neubourg

We very much enjoyed this restaurant. After seeing it a week before only to find it booked we finally managed a reservation. While we didn’t get to sit outside where the ambience is the best we still had a window table looking out. The food, salmon and mussels and pork tenderloin were delicious. Service from the staff was great as well! Stop in when you can!

The food was superb. Waitresses were friendly and helpful. Will certainly eat here again if we return to the area.

We were here on a weekday with nice sunny weather. The terrace was quite full. Fortunately we had made a reservation. A friendly waiter came to us almost immediately. We were given food and drinks. Everything was tasty and neat. It was noticeable that both the beer glasses and the bottles with the brewery emblem were turned towards us. Very attentive. Afterwards we were given coffee and tea. Again, nothing to complain about. Unfortunately, the pie was already gone. That can happen. All in all, we were very satisfied. We quickly made room for others who wanted to take over our table. They were right. Special compliments for the friendliness of the service.

Everything went according to our wishes. We will celebrate our birthday there at least on 20th December. My boyfriend will be 78 on 16th December and I will be 83 on 1st January. Then we will eat and drink with our children and grandchildren with 14 people.

The weather was nice, and the terrace overlooked a lively little square. The cuisine was based on modernized tradition, with a short but balanced menu and a very good rhubarb dessert.
