It happened to be Sunday when we arrived in Curacao. Many shops and restaurants on the road were closed. De Buren was one of the few restaurants that was open and had the best business. The waiter said that Sunday was Chinese food day and there was a special Chinese menu, which just satisfied our homesick stomach after being abroad for so many days. The food was delicious and the waiters were warm and thoughtful. It was a very good restaurant.
