There is an inconspicuous little shop next to Victoria Square in Xaghra. In winter, it only opens for dinner on Fridays and Saturdays and lunch and dinner on Sundays. It is a restaurant that only opens 4 meals a week. I have never seen it in China. Usually, I see that the restaurant is always closed, so I came to try it on Sunday noon. It is indeed a little surprise. The dishes are very delicate and have a homely feeling.

The decoration of the restaurant is very simple. The basement is made into a wine cellar. Red wine lovers will definitely like it. There are many choices. The second floor is a platform, which should be very comfortable in summer.

&quot;Rabbit Dumplings&quot; Maltese people eat a lot of rabbits. The method is a bit like braised, fried first and then stewed. The taste of each restaurant is slightly different. The minced meat is then made into dumplings or pasta, which has a unique flavor. In general, the rabbit meat in his house is a bit sweet, but my son likes it very much😂

&quot;Quail&quot; tastes like chicken, with a more delicate taste. I always think that Chinese people eat everything, but I didn&#39;t expect that the ingredients of the Maltese are also very wide😂 The taste is a bit like Chinese pot-baked meat, which is sweeter.

&quot;Squid&quot; is a dish I like very much. The ingredients are fresh and the taste is sweet. The white wine sauce stimulates the freshness of the seafood very well. I am very satisfied.

The boss is a middle-aged uncle, very enthusiastic. He always smiles when he sees him. The service is also in place, which makes people feel very comfortable. The shop is like a family run, warm and considerate. I will definitely come again another day.
