The owner of the B&B recommended this place to eat Minnan specialty dishes. It is similar to the style of Guangdong teahouses. It is right on the beach of Huandao Road. The scenery is pretty good. But some people may find it a bit bitter. The great thing is that some snacks are ordered by order. You can order one or two and not eat too much. I ate there three times in one month, and I basically memorized the menu...I especially recommend the local pork soup, organic pumpkin baked with salted egg yolk, tea oil pork belly egg, Xiamen fried vinegar meat, chicken soup noodles, radish stewed rice, and pan-fried mountain chicken...In fact, except for the cowboy ribs, which are not worth it, the others are quite good...At noon, 11 people spent 804, great! Write a few that I haven't ordered before. [Minnan fried vinegar meat] 39 yuan. It was served piping hot, crispy and fragrant, and even better with the sweet and spicy sauce of Minnan! [Chicken Soup with Noodles] 55 yuan/large portion. A large plate was served, and the noodles should be handmade noodles, but there was not much soup, and it looked a bit like baked! The shredded chicken was not as salty as the normal noodles, and the taste was good! [Sizzling Beef Ribs] 79 yuan/large portion. This dish is not very recommended. Although the plate is quite large, the beef ribs are average in size. It is just the ordinary black pepper sizzling method, but the quality of the beef ribs is good... [Salted Egg Yolk Baked Organic Pumpkin] 32 yuan. I have never forgotten this dish after eating it once in Jimei Store, and even I, who don't like pumpkin, praised it! The appearance is average, but the taste is fragrant with salted egg yolk and sweet with pumpkin, recommended! I have written about other dishes too many times, so I won't repeat them one by one. Linjia is indeed a good place for family gatherings!
