After returning from Taer Temple, I took a nap first, and then continued on my way. The itinerary for the day was to reach Linxia, ​​Gansu, but I planned several stops along the way, one was Jishixia and Liujiaxia Reservoir, the second was to eat chicken noodles in Xunhua County, and the third was to buy a waist knife of the Baoan people. There are several ethnic groups that are unique to Qinghai Province, including the Yugur and Salar people. The Salar people originated from Turkmenistan in Central Asia. It is said that they send representatives to participate in the World Turkmen Conference every year. Such a special ethnic minority, I want to take a peek, but when making plans, I missed an important attraction, which is the Salar Folk Customs Exhibition Hall in Xunhua County. The exhibition hall is located in the Camel Spring Scenic Area, a well-known local attraction. When I found it, I had passed dozens of kilometers. Because the Xunhua Museum was closed, there was no way to know the history and introduction of the Salar people in Xunhua. In fact, the scenery along the way from Ta'er Temple is endless. Although it is not as good as the mountains and rivers in Yunnan, Guizhou and Sichuan, it is also unique. At least it is lush and green all the way, and the Yellow River, Red Mountain and terraced fields accompany it all the way. The different scenery brings many surprises. When I arrived at Xunhua County, it was past lunch time. Because the local noodles were delicious, I found a more famous one. When I went there, the road was under construction. The clean road made it hard to imagine that this was a northwestern county in a corner. At the end of the road was a towering red stone mountain, which was very admirable. The store is easy to find. The area is not large. There are many people eating. They come and go and order special chicken noodles, soup dumplings, milk eggs and cakes. This is my first time to eat noodles in the northwest. Before, the noodles were limited to beef noodles. I regretted it after eating it. It was so delicious. Why didn't I find it earlier and start eating it earlier? When I was in Golmud, the hotel owner told me that the noodles next door were the best in Golmud. As a result, I turned around and went to the opposite side of the road to eat beef noodles. Alas, regret! The soup dumplings were great with chili oil, and the milk and egg were also very delicious. I found a bug in the soup halfway through, so the boss immediately returned it, but I still insisted on finishing it, it was so delicious! None of the food in this restaurant was disappointing, it was great!

The noodles here taste good and are very filling.
