For a two-day tour in Yerevan, we chose to walk around the city on the first day and visit Armenia's popular attractions on the second day. Armenia is located in the Transcaucasus region. The country is very small and borders Georgia🇬🇪. Friends who have time can go shopping together. There are not many attractions in Yerevan City. The most famous one is the Yerevan Stairs, which is in the center of the city and can be reached by foot from the hotel. There are a lot of people on the stairs, and climbing the stairs is really a physical job. My legs were sore the next day. There are museums and squares near the stairs, and there are flea markets on weekends. Everyone can go for a walk. A little further away is the Yerevan Cathedral, which is still very spectacular. Yerevan is not big, and the food is mainly Russian restaurants. There are many Internet celebrity restaurants, and there is no room if you go late. Because I spent New Year's Eve in Yerevan this time, I went to two Chinese restaurants, one Longyuan and one Lao Beijing. Longyuan is bigger and more expensive. The next day we chose a day trip around the surrounding area. We first went to the Garni Temple, which combines Greek and Armenian styles and is good for taking pictures. The next stop was Geghard Monastery, which was very shocking and highly recommended. The third stop was Lake Sevan, which is the pearl of Armenia and one of the highest freshwater lakes in the world. It is in harmony with the snow-capped mountains. At the top of Lake Sevan is the Internet celebrity Lake Sevan Monastery. Two small and exquisite monasteries guard this country. This is Armenia, a small and exquisite country with many beautiful women and suffering from war.
