开心This lake is right next to the Opera and Dance Theatre. It’s not very big. When we went there, we only saw two black swans inside. But there was a piece of stone built like a carpet beside the lake. I think it’s very beautiful. There is a statue next to the carpet and it feels very modern. There are cafes around which are the scenery passing by. Just take a photo. Anyway, you don't need a ticket. It belongs to the city landscape!
_yt***60Well worth a visit, right in the city center, facing the beautiful Alarat Mountain, next to a park, morning and evening there are many people walking on the paths between the mountains, the air is very fresh, there are many mulberry trees on the road, sweet and delicious!
事事随缘Armenia is the first country in the world to establish Christianity as the state religion. Churches and monasteries here are everywhere, each with its own charm. The Geghard Monastery is the supreme example of Armenian medieval monastery architecture and carving art. It is incredibly carved on the cliffs, layered on top of each other, like building blocks in a fairy tale world, extremely exquisite. The levels are distinct, with many chapels and small secret rooms. It is the most fascinating monastery complex I have visited in Armenia. The exquisite carvings are perfect. The works thousands of years ago still seem to be shocking today. I can imagine how exquisite it was when it was just completed. The vaulted skylight in the middle of the lobby is perforated for lighting and ventilation. The inscription on the stone tablet is still very clear after thousands of years. You know, this is a building built in 1288. Although the color is single, it is simple and simple, reflecting the absolute primitive style, and it is worthy of being a world cultural heritage.
We had a beautiful room with 2 beds in one bedroom and two bathrooms, a den, kitchen (full size) and dining room table, perfect for my two daughters and I as we celebrated our daughter's pending wedding. They were so kind as to have the room available for our early check in. They also have a guest area with sofa, bathroom and TV if your room isn't available for early check in and a community kitchen for any cooking a guest might need along with BBQ in the event one wants to grill outside. Misty checked us in and all throughout our stay she would occasionally pop out to the pool and ask if we needed anything, a beer, a water, a diet coke - and just to make sure we were all having a good time. The pool area with misters was intimate, clean and a great way to enjoy the hot summer temperatures. We had a great time and will absolutely be back. The hotel was extremely clean and the prices I felt were reasonable, the service spectacular!

May 26th, China and Armenia signed a number of bilateral agreements on mutual exemption of visas for ordinary passport holders between the two governments. After the agreement comes into effect, Armenia and Chinese citizens will be allowed to stay visa-free in the other country. 90 days.

The last country in Armenia
stayed in the capital Yerevan for half a month
a summer afternoon
peer friend said that we went out for a walk
Riding a motorcycle
on the map to find a church
riding in the past
found that the church is holding a local wedding
friends have been lamenting the bride so beautiful
groom but not endless Humanoid
I screamed and laughed out
When the priest preached
All the guests got up and indicated
I stood in the crowd
even if I couldnt understand their voice
I feel that this unintentional wedding
holy and beautiful
travel is a wonderful thing
It brings you the grandeur of this world
also brings you
gentle and small touched
Walking in the city centre of Yerevan, the capital of Armenia, it is always attracted by carefully arranged shops on the street. One is a shop selling gifts, specializing in craft products from Armenia.
From ceramic animals to jars, from fine jewelry to retro bags, you can find them here. When you walk into the store, you will find a hole in the sky. There is also a large courtyard inside the door. It turned out to be a restaurant. .
Compared with neighboring Iran, Armenians love the barbecue and enjoy the traditional Armenian barbecue at festivals, important events, birthdays and other gatherings.
The first place in the Armenian food ranking is the barbecue khorovads. When the Armenians make barbecue, they use a slender iron sign to bake with coal. In addition to meat, sometimes the Armenians also meat. Baked with vegetables, the taste is not as bad as Iran.
The flea market, a few hundred meters away from the Republic Square, is full of people on the weekend, selling a lot of interesting things, including girls favorite earring necklaces, local specialties, and even Soviet antiques during the war. Georgia is even cheaper.
I have always heard that watching opera in Armenia is very cost-effective. We decided to go to the ballet opera on the last day. There is only one Georgian ballet opera in this period, and friends recommend it. We bought the tickets four days in advance. The best position is the first few rows on the first floor, 10000AMD, we bought the middle position, 8000AMD, and there is not a good position 6000AMD.
Its a very serious and serious thing to watch opera in Armenia. Armenians will wear formal attire to attend the opera house. Before a friend, they were stopped by the staff because they wore a hole trousers. Now, I turned over the box and finally I chose a long skirt. I rode it for a long time. In addition to a normal pair of jeans, I couldn't find a top.
The weather is a bit cold. I put a down jacket directly, and I was almost driven out by a long skirt and a pair of down jackets. The opera is about an hour or so, and the applause continues. We know less about the ballet culture and only say the first lesson for ourselves.
Khor Virap is a very representative monastery in Armenia, and the importance of religion, culture and politics has now become a must-see for Armenia. Khor virap means a deep pit, a deep well in which the legendary saint is imprisoned, and behind the Ararat, which the Armenians regard as a sacred mountain. It is called the Noah's Ark at the last stop of the Bible. It is more than 5,000 meters above sea level. The Turks took up and now belong to Turkey. At the foot of the monastery, it was 1 pm, and there were a lot of travel buses and trolleys. There was a school bus next to the students dancing and singing, and the people in a car were very happy.
You can reach the monastery in ten minutes. We lined up one by one and went down to the deep hole. After entering, I was very surprised. The small space of less than 3 square meters actually held people for more than ten years, if not strong. The heart and beliefs will be mad in such an environment. We just came in less than a minute, and there were people who went down to the cave for the glimpse of the saint.
As a holy place in the hearts of Armenians, many newcomers will choose to have a wedding ceremony here. The abbot held the cross to baptize the newcomer and complete the ceremony under the eyes of everyone.
