Linxiang Restaurant was founded in 1987. With a history of 33 years, it has always inherited the characteristics of traditional Hui food culture and promoted the special food of western Yunnan.
The famous dishes of the &quot;Ancient Tea Horse Road&quot; created in the Western Han Dynasty have become the representative of Yongping Hui food culture. Linxiang Restaurant is now located in the South Wuli Bridge Muslim Food Street in Dali Ancient City, and a second branch has been opened opposite the South Gate of Shanshuijian.

I arrived at the restaurant at about 12:10 for lunch on November 27, 2017.
Yongping braised chicken is a delicacy made from chicken. I heard that in western Yunnan, when it comes to food, Dali is the first choice. Dali&#39;s snacks are not only complete in variety, but also distinctive in characteristics. But in Dali, when it comes to the first dish, the first thing people think of is Yongping braised chicken. So when passing by Yongping County, braised chicken has to be checked in!
The environment of the store is pretty good, not dirty or messy! But I don&#39;t think it&#39;s very clean.
Anyway, I don&#39;t have a deep impression of the taste. There shouldn&#39;t be anything that surprises me. The price is 50 yuan per catty. If the ingredients are really local chickens, it&#39;s not expensive.

The braised chicken tastes very authentic, and the environment is very clean and sanitary. You have to take it away after eating.
