I went to Zhuhai Chimelong for New Year's Eve and stayed at the Bay Hotel for three consecutive nights. The tall, thin and handsome guy at the front desk helped us upgrade to a sea view room. The moment I opened the door, I was shocked by the view outside the window. Across the road, the beautiful sea view, the romantic Lovers' Road, and the magnificent Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge were perfectly presented in front of me. The room is fully equipped with various facilities, the shower room is large, and it is also equipped with a large bathtub. The bedding is also very comfortable. The breakfast is most worthy of praise. Whether it is Western or Chinese dishes, they are very rich, replenished in time, and the appearance is good, especially some dim sum with local characteristics, such as shrimp dumplings, white rice cakes, wonton noodles, big fried dough sticks, etc., which are impressive. I came to Zhuhai with my parents and stayed at Zhuhai Bay Hotel. The restaurant is on the second floor of the hotel. I was very satisfied with the dining experience. The roast duck was delicious and the service was excellent. Miss Ying in the restaurant knew that my parents were both 80 years old. As soon as they came in, she kindly put cushions for them. The first dish served was stir-fried choy sum, which tasted very good but was a bit hard. My parents couldn't bite it. Miss Ying suggested changing it to a softer soup amaranth. Haiwan Yipin is a restaurant in Haiwan Hotel on Shuiwan Road, Gongbei. The whole environment is very upscale and of high standard, which is suitable for entertaining guests. The signature winter melon crab claws are a must-order for every table. The crab claws are made of carefully selected meat crabs, the cod is boneless and handled very cleanly, and the roast duck is cut into thin slices and served on a plate with an oily and delicious skin.
