KAZUYA Restaurant

A local friend brought me to KAZUYA RESTAURANT, which is highly recommended by many food bloggers. They specialize in Japanese cuisine and the sushi is super delicious.

It is a Western restaurant opened by a Japanese chef, but you can use chopsticks to eat, so there are many Chinese people who come to eat here. The dishes are a combination of Western and Japanese styles, and they are all very delicate. The knife skills for seafood are very good.

Kazuya is one of the top three Japanese restaurants in Auckland. The waiter said that the chef had studied cooking in Japan for nearly ten years. No wonder the tempura is so crispy!

This is a new western restaurant in a shopping mall in Auckland. The restaurant mainly serves lamb chops and seafood. The lamb chops here are fresh lambs from New Zealand ranches, and the meat is very tender and smooth. The seafood is mainly salmon and trout, which are thick, fresh and delicious.
