I kidnapped my girlfriend who has traveled all over the world and only goes to hotpot to try L&#39;Arpege, which won the &quot;World Chef&#39;s Choice Award&quot; in 2019: Although there is no sign outside the door, it is hidden in a Paris alley and it is hard to find one. No matter how much I hate Michelin, Diners should also be pleasantly surprised. But after the shopping, I no longer want it anymore = I have gained a lot of weight.

Excellent service.  The staff, chefs, and sommelier were unbelievable. We sat at the chefs table and were able to see the detail of each plate. Incredible team work. It was if watching a performance. Each individual was an artist.

Very good food. Great service at a nice setting, overlooking Boulevard Saint Germain. A little above average price. However, if You do not mind paying more, it is worth it.

The location is very random, but it&#39;s nice to go in, the red and white walls are very distinctive. The service staff has a standard French attitude, good service without pretense but with style, and it&#39;s also very comfortable. Because the language is not fluent, I ordered a set meal, and each dish was delicious.
