Afternoon tea has three layers in total. The salty food includes: smoked salmon mille-feuille, turkey breast, tuna salad and cucumber, smoked salmon puffs &amp; cream cheese, tomato salsa tart &amp; fig balsamic vinegar pearls, tender fried scallops with black fish roe macarons, orange pickled foie gras, crab meat and passion fruit jelly, black truffle duck salad.

Desserts include: Valrhona Dus 32[%] chocolate apricot tart, Valrhona Caribbean 66[%] chocolate cranberry, pineapple white chocolate Chantilly, chocolate lemon cream, Najivana Earl Chocolate Mousse, Na Hazelnut Chocolate Coffee, chocolate and original scones &amp; rose pickled cranberry jam and heavy cream.
