旅游去到西藏，这一站来到了拉萨，我们已经完成了阿里大北线的挑战，马上要回程了，在拉萨待的最后一个晚上，不想到处走了，就在所住的酒店里面的藏餐厅随便吃吃吧，来到可能是晚上七点多吧，餐厅已经满座，只剩下在收银台前面的四张小桌子和一进门左手边的小台，大厅里面有表演，所以大家都往大厅坐。我们无所谓，就坐在外面吧。招待我们的服务员很热情，我们不懂点藏餐的菜式，不停地提问题，但是服务员还是满脸笑容，回答着我们的问题，终于把菜点好了。 这里已经不是传统的藏菜了，已经和汉菜结合在一起了。服务员介绍我们吃牛舌，牛舌就像是水煮熟了似的，我们叫的白灼，煮熟了以后切成一片片薄片，然后排得好像一把张开的扇子一样，配有一碟红红的椒盐，应该是有一点辣的椒盐，不过我觉得椒盐的味道挺好的，就是牛舌，也许是牦牛的舌头？感觉味道浓很多，不是每一个汉人所能接受。 咖喱牛肚是最好吃的一道菜，分量也多，咖喱的味道我们可以接受，不是很呛的那种，牛肚很多，满满地一碟，不过吃的时候要注意形象，咖喱会掉颜色，会吃得满嘴都黄了，不过这一道菜不辣，比想象中要好吃多了。服务员介绍我们喝羊奶和酸奶饮品，一盒装的，没有想到那么贵，要将近50元一盒，一盒可能就是倒出来三杯左右。我感觉酸奶比羊奶好喝。
