We were stood waiting for 10 minutes to even be said hello to. The only waitress was distracted and more focused on stocking fridges than serving. The food was not great either. The rabbit was tough and dry and the fondue tasted way too strongly of wine. Wouldn&rsquo;t go back

The dinner was a great experience - surprising combinations of ingredients which were perfectly balanced!

I had a two course lunch here - starter and main course. Both were presently beautifully and tasted amazing. I highly recommend the restaurant here.

Whilst visiting Maastricht we decided to go to this amazing hotel for an aperitif one evening. I had heard of it but it was even more than I had heard. The architecture of the place, the mixture of old and modern is astounding. Such imagination has gone into this place. Lounge area very comfortable with plush red velvet everywhere in contrast to the ultramodern bar. Drinks were not that expensive considering the surroundings. Only thing I thought strange for a hotel of this category - no cocktails available.

We only stopped in for cocktail and tapas. The atmosphere is beautiful and so unique. The hotel in situated in a historic cathedral. I definite place to have a drink.

We went here with a big group of friends. We were - I&#39;m afraid - noisier than one should be in a restaurant, certainly if the restaurant once was a church. We adored the architecture and interior design, we admired the staff (who were so patient with us) and we aspired for more of what we got here. What a heavenly experience.
