Best to do in Antalya
It worth staying in the city of Antalya, instead of going to the All Inclusiv Hotels near Antalya. There is a lot do in city center. You can visit the old town with a lot of nice old buildings, and have great Turkish food. But there are also amazing beaches in Antalya. Like the beach in Lara. Just take a bus from the city and have a beer there and enjoy the great sunset!

Jeep Safari
Antalya Jeep Safari is one of the popular day tours that visitors can participate in, you can either book online, tour agency around, or hotel travel counter.
Pick up from the hotel starts around 0800hrs to the Safari Jeep station. It is an excursion for those who seek an alternative getaway, as it brings together everything, off-road driving, walks in the forest, and swimming in the river.
Experienced drivers will drive and entertain you along the journey, we pass by a Turkish village for a tea break and lunch, top of the cliff for the views around, river, bridge, and water splashing along the way.

Antalya Archeology Museum Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Apr)
Many people are criticized for museums, but the Antalya Archaeological Museum is such a place to taste slowly compared to domestic museums. What touched me the most was the museum's statue hall, which houses a large number of statues of Greek mythology, dating back to the Roman era of the 2-3rd century AD.
Most of these statues were excavated from the ancient city of Perge, about 18 km from the centre of Antalya. Of course, there are many unearthed silks, cotton and linen, textiles, and pottery that have undergone thousands of years of baptism and precipitation. In the center of the museum is a miniature sculpture that simulates the Turkish aborigines and classic scenes. It is small, cute and agile. The original cave, the patina building, and the magnificent arena.

Antalya Archeology Museum 🏛️

Immersed myself in the ancient wonders at the Antalya Archaeology Museum! 🏛️💫 The 60 TL entrance fee was a small investment for a journey through millennia of history. #AntalyaArchaeologyAdventure #AncientGems
The museum's rich collection is a treasure trove, featuring artifacts from the region's various civilizations. From intricate Roman sculptures to delicate Hittite ceramics, each exhibit tells a compelling story of Antalya's diverse past. 🏺🗿
The Hall of Gods was a standout, showcasing artifacts from the ancient city of Perge. The life-sized statues and intricately carved reliefs transported me to a bygone era, giving a glimpse into the daily lives and beliefs of these ancient societies. 🏛️🌟
The Alexander Sarcophagus stole the show. Its detailed reliefs depicting Alexander the Great's conquests were a jaw-dropping testament to ancient craftsmanship. Standing in its presence was like witnessing history come to life. 🤯🔍
The museum's open-air section with its colossal statues and monumental tombs was like strolling through an ancient city. The juxtaposition of these remnants against Antalya's modern skyline was a striking contrast. 🏛️🌆
After the museum, a visit to Ataturk Boulevard provided a taste of contemporary Antalya. The vibrant street, lined with shops, cafes, and local vendors, offered a lively atmosphere. It was a pleasant segue from antiquity to modernity. 🛍️🚶
The nearby Karaalioglu Park with its stunning views of the Mediterranean was a serene retreat. The lush greenery and the backdrop of the sea made it a perfect spot for reflection and relaxation after the museum exploration. 🌳🌊
Antalya Archaeology Museum is a captivating journey through time. The curation, the historical narratives, and the nearby attractions create a holistic experience. It's a must-visit for history enthusiasts and anyone curious about the rich tapestry of Antalya's past. #AntalyaAncientWonders #ArchaeologyDiscovery

There are not many tourists, but it is definitely a museum worth watching.
broke the boring
of the traditional museum and exhibited many locally unearthed statues.
We can also see people familiar with ancient Greek mythology such as Athena, Zeus, Apollo, and Hercules.
The pavilion has added a lot of mythological atmosphere, with red walls, it looks very fashionable, increasing the interest and enthusiasm of the exhibition.
In addition to these, there are gorgeous coffins ~
can also see the real portrait of Santa ~
is the best "textbook" to increase knowledge!
This museum personally considers it to be one of the most dazzling museums in Turkey, unlike the traditional museum.
