Unbelievable!! The balsamic veal on our first visit was amazing. Our waiter, Mohamed, was wonderful. On our 2nd visit, we started with a green salad with cooked ham, warm balsamic, fabulous! I had the horse steak and my wife, the lasagna. Never having the opportunity to try horse, it was tender with a sweet finish. I&#39;m glad I tried it. My wife&#39;s lasagna was amazing, recommended by Mohamed. We were told to try this restaurant by Clementine, a barista we had met.. Thank you, Clementine! Thank you, Mohamed, for making our stay in Modena so memorable.  Go to this restaurant you will enjoy amazing food!!

Before drinking coffee, the cafe owner recommended the restaurant. I was hesitant to go to which one (he recommended 3), and later found that the other two were closed on Sunday night, so I don&#39;t have to worry about it. - polentine con ragu: The corn paste is not dry at all, and some spicy meat sauce and burnt beans are poured. It is paired with small pieces of cheese, and the taste of meat sauce is very good. This pre-fed dish makes the two people very fond of it. - tortelloni di zucca: Don&#39;t look at these few, the butter is thick. The skin is slightly thick and the texture is good. The pumpkin filling is also very classic, sweet and salty combination, more suitable for when the weather is cold (the first day of Modena happened to be raining, cold). - gramigna vecchia: Very thick short pasta, solid in it, tough in taste. The sausage meat sauce, the flavor is a bit similar to the fore dish, less spice flavor. I like the taste and pasta texture of meat sauce. It would be better if the meat sauce and sauce could be put more, especially the sauce was a little less, so after putting more cheese, the whole became a bit dry. - cotoletta &quot;Cervertta&quot;: Be obedient and long! This signature dish is oversized, 2 large fried pork chops, which add up to larger than the faces of the two, no wonder it is called the ears of the elephant. To be honest, if you order this dish, you can skip the first main dish pasta. The only thing I don&#39;t like is the raw onion in the salad on it, which is too spicy. Speaking of this oversized and oversized fried pork chop, it is only 16 euros. - Zampone e Cotechione: Italian pork feet sausage, okay, the store recommended the signature dish of fried pork chops and this local name dish. The hungry only want to eat quickly and the two people directly say OK. Qualit&agrave; del cibo medio alta,bella l atmosfera e l&#39;arredamento del ristorante. Nel complesso ottima esperienza.

Roll buoni, giusta quantit&agrave; di riso, pesce fresco.
