I went to the Wasan on 440 Bergan St. in Brooklyn. It was a jewel for great Japanese cuisine. I loved the Uni Lovers selection. Sweet and oishiii. Toshi the owner is a sake Sommelier and his choices for each plate made it an amazing adventure in pairing of food and sake.
