Overall a lovely evening but the restaurant was quite warm and we were all uncomfortably warm throughout the night.

I&rsquo;m a regular at Bar Flexas. For some of my guests it was a first time. Everyone agreed, a great atmosphere, terrific, tasty food and relaxing, stylish surroundings. It&rsquo;s not touristy even in August and the quaint area is full of charm. Highly recommended.

Food - superb. Service - less so.  Not at the level expected for a restaurant of this standing.  One example,  service was very slow particularly at the beginning and end of the meal.  We had been seated for over 40 minutes before we got a chance to order a bottle of wine.  The wait between the last few courses was excessive, we ended up asking if the last course could be served and we had to miss coffee.  In total we were over 4 hours and the delays towards the end did take the shine off what should have been an excellent evening.

Nice atmosphere.  Excellent service.  Marc&acute;s tour around the guests is a plus. Tasting menu with at least three courses to be remembered. Price below what other * starred restaurants charge.

Made to feel welcome and special as soon as we walked into the restaurant.  Lovely ambience, great service throughout including being introduced to wines to meet our palate and deliscious selection of foods......will definately return.

Tremendous wine and some experiential pairings but well balanced throughout. Food was excellent with some crazy flavours that complimented each other when eaten together. A calm atmosphere and beautiful aesthetic!
