It is best to decide what to eat before entering the restaurant, because you have to queue up to order food and pay as soon as you enter, there is no chance to think more. After paying, the waiter will come and take a seat, a bit similar to the general self-service cafeteria, but some people will bring a seat to deliver food, and it is very good to not find a place to pick up the meal. There are wine tour, wine tasting, and a variety of interesting little things to buy in Winery.

Una struttura di pregio storico all&#39;interno della quale si trova il ristorante presso cui abbiamo avuto il piacere di pranzare per il nostro anniversario. Tutto davvero impeccabile, dal cibo di qualit&agrave; eccellente, ai vini (amplissima scelta per ogni budget), per finire con il personale davvero encomiabile. Professionalit&agrave;, umanit&agrave;, savoir faire e gentilezza senza snobismo alcuno, rappresentano a mio avviso il punto forte del posto. Grazie ancora Danilo, Rossana, Pasquale e lo staff tutto. Ci siamo sentiti a casa e certamente torneremo a farvi visita.

A historical prize building in which the restaurant we enjoyed lunch for our anniversary is located. All really bad, from excellent food to wines (a wide choice for each budget), to end with really adorable staff. Professionality, humanity, knowing to do and gentleness without any snobism, are, in my opinion, the strong point of the place. Thanks again Danilo, Rossana, Pasquale and all the staff. We heard at home and we will certainly return to visit you.

Ristorante all&rsquo;interno di Masseria Maizza, location molto ben curata. Accoglienza immediata del personale molto piacevole e professionale. Servizio ottimo, particolare menzione alla sommelier che con cordialit&agrave;, garbo ed eleganza riesce a cogliere le esigenze del cliente e con estrema competenza lo guida alla scelta dei vini portandolo con i suoi racconti in un viaggio attraverso vigne e Masserie della Puglia.... quando parla i suoi occhi brillano e riesci a percepire il gusto prima di assaporare con ilpalato il magnifico vino pugliese ( abbiamo bevuto un rosso Patriglione di Cosimo Taurino, annata 2011)! Cibo ottimo che sposa la tradizione con il gusto .... cena perfetta, nulla da eccepire.
