Very honest local cuisine. The cheeses are produced by them and are delicious, not to miss! We had also the pizzoccheri, tagliata, local saudage, and tiramis&ugrave; all very tasteful. The best meal we ate in Italy and possibly the most enjoyable culinary experience I have ever had. The location is unique, built over the flowing stream of an old mill with glass walls and floors. It was a real surprise, we really did not expect it. Good dinner with good food and abundant portions.
