The Bible Land Museum is a very small museum in Jerusalem, Israel. It displays the cultures of some of the people mentioned in the Bible, including the ancient Egyptians, Canaanites, Philistines, Alames, Hittites, Elanites, The Phoenician and Persian. The museum was founded in 1992 by private individuals. It features hundreds of collections: ancient literature, idols, coins, statues, weapons, pottery and seals in the ancient Near East. The museum also displays some old Jerusalem monuments, Urquín towers and models of the pyramids of Giza. Among them, the theme exhibition: from the deep sea to the flag, is more precious and indispensable for understanding Israeli culture.
