滴血教堂是东正教堂，始建于2000年，2003年7月建成启用。高60米，面积3000平方米，有三个升座、五个圆顶，属俄罗斯-拜占庭风格。教堂底层右侧有末代沙皇尼古拉二世一家被枪杀的象征地、沙皇及其妻子儿女的圣像和生辰年代介绍。1998年，教堂进行沙皇一家遗骨的安魂祈祷仪式后，遗骨被送到圣彼得堡的彼得罗巴甫洛夫教堂安葬。著名的滴血教堂。同名的教堂在俄罗斯共有两座、另一座在圣彼得堡，之所以叫这个名字，是因为这两座教堂都建在俄国近代历史上两次著名的弑君事件的发生地。圣彼得堡的那一座建在沙皇亚历山大二世遇刺的地方，而叶卡捷琳堡的这一座建在末代沙皇尼古拉二世及其全家被枪杀的地方。
