The rotunda and entrance to City Hall are stunning! Well worth seeing. For a fee there is a fairly extensive exhibit on the ground floor that has a lot of information about the city of Dublin and the workings of government - both present day and historically.

都柏林的市政厅是可以进入参观的，现在他还是都柏林市政府的办公地。这里圆形的拱顶上绘满了各种精美的图案，还有4周墙壁的壁画，画的惟妙惟肖，颜色艳丽，绝对值得大家前来欣赏一番。

都柏林的市政厅现在还是市政府办公的地方，建筑有着明显的希腊建筑的风格。十分的大气高雅，内部的装修也十分的漂亮，尤其是他们的地砖有着各式各样美丽的图案，不知道的以为来到了一所艺术馆，真是非常的漂亮。

市政厅建筑始建于十八世纪中叶，在当时是著名的新古典主义风格的大厅。主要特色是建筑入口处有十二根圆形支柱支撑着宽阔的圆形大堂，当年是皇家交易所，商人在那里海阔天空聊天，迎接客人。后来都柏林公司购买了这座建筑，也曾经是爱尔兰政府的临时总部。现在仍然在使用，是都柏林市长主持的每个月第一个星期一议会开会的场所。大厅里面有一个圆形玻璃电梯直达地下室。地下室有免费的首都的故事展览，展示都柏林昨天和今天。
