This is the exhibition hall of the Singapore Housing Development Bureau. It is responsible for the planning, construction and management of the new town where the Chinese live. Singaporean citizens can see the new towns of the future, and young people who want to organize families can choose to apply for new houses at their parents'residence or workplace. They can also take a look at the simulated group houses, which have different types of houses. Each buyer can choose a suitable set according to the price he can afford. Every year, the Housing Development Bureau receives delegations from more than 200 countries around the world, of which more than 40 (%) come from China. What Chinese officials like to ask most is Singapore's housing policy. There is also the issue of property management, because China is not mature in this area, and we have more than 40 years of experience.
