I love their idea of making your own burger. There is a huge board hanging across the wall, marked with four very simple steps to make burgers, pick round bread, mince pies, onions and sauces. I ordered Marlowe, stuffed with pork pies, caramel onions, pineapple chops, melted Monterey Jack cheese, and creamy salad dressing. The meat pie was tender and juicy. My friend ordered fish and chips and it didn't turn out very well, wet and soft.
