If you&rsquo;re heading south of Kona, be sure to stop at Kaya&rsquo;s (located on the main highway)... their java, tea, and other beverages are really Ono, and feature local ingredients as well.

The food was Japanese with a Hawaiian flair. I had never had a fried rice omelet before, but it was great with Portuguese sausage.

The atmosphere of this adorable shop is full of bright colors, wonderful Hawaiian music, fun and local history! My personal favorites of gelato choices are lilikoi, oreo and the for the love of chocolate!!

Best meal we had in a week on the island. The catch of the day (ahi) on a bed of salad was excellent.

Delicious food, great drinks, and vibrant art work! The menu had lots of choices, the servings were plentiful, and the service was fast, and with great personality!

We took a tour which stopped at Kona Gold. We are not coffee drinkers but I love cake. You are given an opportunity to sample both the coffee and cake. Wow what a delicious treat. I brought the 3 pack sample and took the business card. I have given the small cakes to friends and they were blown away. I have been home now for 1 month and still ordering the cakes directly from Kona Gold for my family members and friends at their request. The cakes are moist with just the right amount of rum. The cakes arrive within three days by priority mail and the entire package is sealed. If I have a question or issue I write to the company and get a response within hours (depending on the time zone) from Justin. I highly recommend you try the cakes and coffee. You might now want to give them away. Mahalo!!

On your way south of Kona, ya need to stop at Kaya&#39;s and get your hot/cold drinks, snacks, or breakfast/lunch &#39;cause everything here is absolutely ONO :)) The classic building has lots of parking next to it, and there are tables, chairs, and a couch to enjoy your purchases, chat with friends, etc. They feature lots of homemade food items -- including gluten free selections and items made with organic ingredients -- and their Kona coffee drinks are among the best on the Big Island! Staff are super friendly &amp; polite too... See you at Kaya&#39;s when you&#39;re on the west side :))

Wandered in this roadside local place quite unexpectedly. I was surprised to find their extensive gluten free menu. Everything from the scones to the quiches were delectable! My family who was with me, do not follow a gluten free diet and they all enjoyed the goodies and treats as well. The organic coffee was delicious. Service friendly and the place feels like you want to sit and stay awhile!

We went to this place which is just down the street from Donkey Balls Gift Shop and the store cashier recommended it, and was not disappointed! We each had the corned beef hash with eggs and bacon it was the best and we tried to find other spots that served this and was not successful! Highly recommend it! The service was great as well as the food! It is not fancy but worth the stop and value!

The package here is still relatively large, nice
