The first time I&#39;ve been able to find a new place in Illesca, a mix of flavors and sensations, a service and attention to the height, and I think it&#39;s too long to give you the second star.

The staff is very friendly and very professional. Quick service when you ask for food. Very good quality/price ratio. Absolutely recommended.

Todo un descubrimiento, nunca imagine encontrar un sitio como este en Illescas, una mezcla de sabores y sensaciones alucinantes, un servicio y atenci&oacute;n a la altura, en mi opinion est&aacute;n tardando en darle la segunda estrella. Muy ecomendable.

La atenci&oacute;n y el men&uacute;, inmejorables! Solo un par de detalles a mejorar: el estado de los ba&ntilde;os, un poco descuidada (limpios, pero necesitar&iacute;an una reforma) y en mi caso, hab&iacute;a reservado el men&uacute; de 80&euro; y finalmente fueron 85&euro; (no es mucha la diferencia, pero se hubiese agradecido saberlo previamente o que me hubiesen respetado el precio de reserva). En general, muy recomendable.

The attention and menu, improvable! Just a few details to improve: the state of the bathroom, a little disappointed (clean, but they would need a reform) and in my case, I had booked the 80&euro; menu and finally were &euro;85 (it is not much the difference, but I would have been grateful to know it before or to have respected the booking price).

Restaurante con estrella Michelin. Todos muy jovencitos. Todo muy bien, pero creo que les falta un poco de experiencia, y seguridad, para arriesgarse un poco m&aacute;s. Ya llegar&aacute;.

Restaurant with star Michelin. All very young. All very well, but I think you lack a little experience, and security, to risk a little more. I&#39;ll be coming.

Fuimos a comer y nos encant&oacute;. Todos los platos estaban muy buenos y bien presentados. El servicio fue muy amable y nos trataron fenomenal. Una experiencia para repetir, sin duda.

We went to eat and loved it. All the dishes were very good and well presented. The service was very kind and treated us phenomenal. A experience to repeat, no doubt.

Un acierto. Sitio ideal y toda una experiencia.  &iquest;Una peque&ntilde;a pega? El postre, que no nos marc&oacute; tanto como el resto del men&uacute;
