始创于1888年的店，对这个城市来说不算老，但对于一种美食足够了。虽然是旅游城市，而且处于旅游的中心位置，但是量大实惠是没问题的。烧卖的口味很好，在呼和浩特吃了老绥远的烧麦后，不敢再说哪个烧麦最好吃。第一次吃崩肝，很好的下酒菜有特色，值得尝一尝。
