Recommended walking routes in downtown Shanghai for a romantic start to the fall

Recommended walking routes in downtown Shanghai for a romantic start to the fall

󰺂10
Late summer and early fall is the perfect time for hiking in the Yangtze Delta! From September to October, the weather is free from the stuffy heat and heavy rains of summer, yet not as cold as late fall. The cool morning and evening breezes make it ideal for packing a bag and going for a hike. The Shanghai Sports Bureau recommends a classic hiking route through the Hengfu Historical and Cultural Area. As the largest historical and cultural area in downtown Shanghai with the most outstanding historical buildings, it fully showcases the "Shanghai style." Starting from the Wukang Mansion, the European-style architecture paired with golden ginkgo trees makes for a vintage-style photo with every shot. Along the way, Wukang Road, Anfu Road, Wuyuan Road, and West Fuxing Road each have their own unique characteristics, weaving together trendy culture, the vibrancy of daily life, and the mysterious scent of flowers. The journey ends on Hengshan Road, where plane trees turn yellow during the day and neon lights sparkle at night. Come and start this romantic hiking trip

Direct Flights From Wujiang to Shanghai Pudong International Airport Now Open

󰺂10
On October 27, the low-altitude connecting shuttle route from Wujiang, Suzhou to Shanghai Pudong International Airport completed its successful maiden flight, adding an "air expressway" for intercity travel in the Yangtze Delta. For this first flight, an Airbus 135 helicopter took off from the Wujiang Dongrong Low-Altitude Flight Support Base in Suzhou and landed precisely at the Pudong International Airport connection point 30 minutes later. Passengers then took a 10-minute ground transfer to reach the terminal building, making the total journey only 40 minutes. This is a time saving of over 70% compared to the approximately 150-minute drive during peak traffic hours. Once the route is in regular operation, it will be managed by Dongrong Low-Altitude and flown by Eastern General Aviation, featuring a dual-captain configuration with experienced pilots and a top-tier maintenance team to ensure flight safety. Additionally, the Shanghai Airport Suzhou Service Center began operations on October 25, creating a "two-way service loop" with the Suzhou City Air Terminal. Come experience this efficient and flexible new option for intercity travel and start your convenient journey
