The front desk staff were welcoming and meticulous during check-in, and the friendly atmosphere of the long-time staff immediately made me feel at ease, showing the hotel's dedication to its loyal guests. What surprised me even more was the upgraded room, which completely overturned my impression of traditional hotels! The room was simply yet elegantly decorated, with excellent natural light and a view of the park's greenery right from the window. The toiletries were all newly replaced with high-quality products, and the mattress was incredibly soft and comfortable. The combination of the old hotel's warmth and the new room's refinement was so touching. I felt both safe and comfortable during my stay, and I'll definitely come back!
