We had a great stay with the nature! Only downfall was lack of proper guidance or signage for the nature walk around the walkway to the infinity pool, nevertheless the people around the estate were very friendly and helpful whenever we approached for guidance!

Beautiful environment, quiet residential area, beautiful garden, swimming pool, clean room, high cost performance! Convenient to go out, not too far from the beach and nearby restaurants, I will choose it next time.

A wonderful place for hosting gatherings with family and friends. The property is well-equipped with a BBQ pit, plates, and other essentials, making it convenient for group meals and quality time together. We were warmly greeted by Joe upon arrival, and the service throughout our stay was impeccable. The hospitality was truly 5-star. I also loved the beautiful flowers in the garden, which added to the charm and tranquility of the property. A few suggestions for improvement: I didn’t realise that the room I reserved did not come with a TV, so clearer information during the booking process would be helpful. The mattress was a little too firm for my preference, and the lighting in both the room and bathroom felt somewhat dim, although I understand this may be part of the cottage ambience. It may also be worth considering separating the bathroom light switch from the ventilation fan for added convenience. I would also suggest providing a kettle in each room rather than on a shared basis. Having cups and complimentary coffee or tea in the room would further enhance guests’ comfort and convenience. Overall, a lovely stay with beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities for family gatherings, and exceptional service. I would be happy to return.

We had a wonderful stay at Place Charis, Janda Baik. The location is quiet and serene—perfect for a peaceful getaway. The calm river nearby is great for a refreshing swim, and the BBQ pit provided made our evenings extra enjoyable. The property is easy to find with spacious parking available, which made arrival stress-free. The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to assist. It’s also very family-friendly, with activities that kept the kids entertained throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and unwind in nature.

I would like to raise two points and hope that the merchants will pay attention: 1. The quilt is too thin. Cameron only provides a thin quilt when it is 15 degrees Celsius at night. It is a bit cold to sleep at night! 2. The room has a musty smell. I hope the merchants will open more windows for ventilation!
