This hotel is very clean , quiet place not far from airport , only 7 kms from airport , nearby Chiang Mai University which have a lot of food. This hotel don' t have breakfast but opposite the hotel have Cafe which you can order breakfast from here.

This is a nice, clean, affordable and friendly place.

The sanitary conditions are poor and there are bugs all around. It's terrible. I don't recommend staying there. There were ants and spiders crawling all around the toilet, counter, and corners. As soon as the water pipe in the toilet is turned on, the lights flicker. It's so scary.

Cool air conditioning, quiet, comfortable rest. There is a cafe near the hotel with delicious food.

I accidentally booked a hotel before catching a flight early the next morning. Unexpectedly, it exceeded my expectations. The room was big and clean. The front desk is also very nice, enthusiastic and helpful. Although I only stayed for a few hours, I felt pretty good.
