Staff at reception desk are very helpful and polite. They helped carry suitcases to the apartment. The apartment is large and clean. The hotel is located in famous West Lake area and surrounded by a variety of vegetation. It is convenient to walk to the Shudi of West Lake. The breakfast is fine but the quality of food could be improved. As the hotel is a bit old (established in 2016), we encountered a sudden broken of power supply to our apartment in the morning, which made us a bit inconvenience. After we checked out and told the staff about the problem, they sincerely said sorry to us. Overall, we like this hotel and the staff very much and will be happy to come back.

Far from center with traffic(small roads on the way there). I would not recommend staying here if you want to explore the city. The resort doesnt have that much scenery, meaning you still have to take a taxi to go around. The reception is not that friendly.

Another room I booked did not include breakfast, so I wanted to buy a separate breakfast, but the staff directly delivered a breakfast. When they learned that we were going to Jiuxi, they also introduced travel tips. In short, every staff member I came into contact with was very active in helping guests, and the experience was very good. The hotel is very close to the West Lake, and you can walk to Huagang Fish Viewing and Turtle Pond. I will consider this hotel next time I come to the West Lake.

I went to some scenic spots in Hangzhou with my husband. Except for the traffic, the experience was very good. In addition, the ecology was very good. I saw many beautiful birds and small animals. After breakfast every morning, I would go to the hotel courtyard. The hotel also raised 3 geese, 1 duck, and 2 geese. It was very interesting and was not afraid of people. I took a photo of a big goose bathed in holy light. I also saw a butterfly. It deserves to be called Butterfly. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. The experience was really good. If I have the opportunity to come to Hangzhou, I will choose this hotel again. The main reason is that the service is really good. It left me a very good impression. I forgot a few small things when I checked out. . The hotel even called to let me know and sent it to me. . I'm so sorry for being so careless. . Hahahaha

After checking in, a concierge took the luggage to the room. But at first, they didn't give me a room on the second floor, saying that other guests would arrive tomorrow and reserve it. I went to the first floor and was not satisfied. I strongly requested to change the room. Later, I was moved to a room in a corner on the second floor. It was not a weekend when I checked in, and the occupancy rate was not high. I was speechless that they had to toss like this. The room was actually quite satisfactory. There was a Chinese flower stand and a side table, which were both good places to put seasonal flower arrangements, but there were no flowers in the room. There was a flower arrangement setting on the way to the restaurant. It can be seen that the hotel either does not understand Chinese aesthetics or is too lazy to send flowers to your room. It was quite hot these days, and the air conditioning in the room was not very good. In general, the location and environment of the hotel are nothing to say, and the breakfast is worthy of the price, but the service and management are poor. Finally, when I left the hotel, the front desk manager appeared. It looked good, but the check-in experience was really average and needed to be managed carefully.

The hotel service is very good, there is a shuttle bus to pick up and drop off at the gate (because the hotel is really big, it takes about 500 meters to walk to the gate), and the shuttle bus driver is also very nice and careful.

On the day of check-in, there happened to be two lawn weddings, and I felt the joy. Hangzhou in May is worth visiting, Dielai Yaguquan Villa is a good choice.
