I arrived at T1 after 11pm, the last hotel bus was at 23:10, so I couldn't make it, and the cab ride to the hotel cost 4,400 yen, which is very expensive.

Reasonable price. Parking is cheap only 1000yen per night ! Near Haneda airport within 10 mins driving

This place is amazing and within a 30 minute walking distance to Haneda airport.
It's very convenient, has great views of the river and offers a country vibe while being very close to the airport.
There is a great restaurant on site, a 711 within a 3 minute walking distance and also a Riverwalk and park adjacent to the hotel.

Free shuttle service to terminals is superb! I wish the shuttle service would pick up customers from all terminals more conveniently.

The hotel was clean and convenient to the airport. The TV and food options were limited. Luckily, Uber Eats delivered dinner and there is a 7-11 within walking distance. The airport shuttle was great for an early flight.

I booked one night only because it’s close to airport. But the hotel was surprisingly nice. Interior is very new and fresh. Rooms are also bigger than most cheaper hotels.

So far walk 15 min to the hotel, the onsen is normal and but have shuttle bus to the station, very good

It’s just 10mins taxi nearby Haneda Airport.
The best choice for late flight when all the train and metro stop their operation.
Nice view, friendly staff and the hotel with all the amenities you want (even the drip bag coffee!)
They have convenient store which is just 5mins away from hotel. Free shuttle to the nearest station and haneda airport (beware of the time schedule)

The  service is absolutely fantastic, we were checking in late in midnight and the staff passion never burst. Whenever my friends and I were taking some toiletries they will assist us with the beaming smile, we are delightful to visit the hotel again. The most incredible part is the common bathroom and the water refill service, we definitely enjoyed them.

This hotel is extremely convenient and located right next to Haneda Airport. If you are arriving Haneda late night this is the hotel of choice. There is a shuttle bus that runs between Haneda terminal 1 and the last bus is at 11:10 pm, from terminal 1. The hotel is kind of a designer hotel with very clean good sized rooms. Toilet is very clean and shiny. The view from our room to the airport was just amazing

The room was clean and the staff was helpful. If you check in after hours, there is an intercom at the front door that you can use. If the staff doesn't pick up, just wave at the front desk.
