Caoxi Temple is a place with a strong Buddhist culture, which I only knew after I went there. Yesterday, I was going to Anning Hot Springs. After lunch at noon, I took the 18 bus from Xiaoximen Suburb Transport Bus Station to Anning Hot Spring Square. The fare was 18 yuan/person. Every hour, I took the bus directly to the last hot spring station and got off. The whole journey was about 1 hour. I stayed at the Anning Yuntao Hot Spring Hotel. I checked that Caoxi Temple was very close to the hotel. It took about 25 minutes to walk. After checking out today, I followed the navigation and walked to Caoxi Temple. Longxi Road and Mountain Road on the stretch of the road are dense trees and quiet environment, especially the birch trees on both sides. With the arrival of autumn, the scenery is very beautiful. On the way to go, I also passed Yunnan Buddhist College - Yunnan Zen Center. It seems that this mountain is a good place to practice carefully. After arriving at the Buddhist Academy, I walked for about 5 minutes and saw a stone ladder on the right hand side, and a circle of red temple walls reflected in front of me. Pick up the steps and go up, along the stone ladder to the gate of Caoxi Temple, the front door of the temple hangs the pen-powered "Caoxi Temple" three words, one painted Huha on the left and right will guard. There is a ticket office on the left hand side of the entrance, tickets are 5 yuan per yuan. On the right hand side of the door is the candle that sells incense and worships Buddha. On the left hand side of the yard is the Buddha Hall of "incredible comfort". The incense in the incense stove in front of the door is booming. From the small door in front of it, you can see a large pool of water. The environment is very quiet. There is a large open space after entering the small door on the right hand side, set up with stone tables and chairs, many people sit there to rest. In front of you there is a two-story building sitting east and west, only to see the original building is "banghualou", I heard that it is to protect the millennia flower flower. On the right side of the flower building is the temple's vegetarian restaurant. If you want, you can also taste the temple's fast food. Because the temple is halfway up the mountain, there are no restaurants nearby, you can bring some food to sit on the stone table while resting in it. Along the stone ladder in front of the flower building, I saw a ancient plum in the front yard of the hall, which is rumored to be planted by the monks of the Yuan Dynasty. Although it has been dried and weak, it is still a rare ancient tree. Caoxi Temple is not very big, you can visit it in less than an hour, people who come here should be pious worshipers or pious people who keep God, because the temple is a holy place of Buddha, so I did not take pictures of the statues in the Buddha hall. After a while in it, I returned to the hot spring station and took the 18 bus back to Kunming to end a happy weekend life.

The place is not too big, the building is more characteristic, the Buddhist atmosphere is strong, the play time is about 1 hour, very close to the hot spring town, suitable for visiting a wishing attraction, good.
