    Beach on the lagoon foreshore

    Despite being listed as a cenote, a better description of this area would be that of a beach located on the lagoons foreshore. To get here from town you can get a taxi. It’s 50 mexican peso each way...

    Fun in the sun!

    Cocalitos was a fun stop near Bacalar. The water was great temperature and shallow enough to enjoy if visiting with little ones. Wish there were more swings and hammocks for guests to enjoy!

    Beautiful lake view

    Amazing spot for a swim although gets a little crowded as many locals seem to come here as well. The water is beautiful and the entrance fee is very reasonable (50 pesos per person)
